Shared work is done once. Set a series or recurring show name, artwork, and common fields, then attach episodes, games, or event recordings under that record instead of retyping the same details on every file. For larger community libraries, bulk import loads catalog rows without building everything one record at a time.

Automated validation flags missing or bad fields while your team is still in the catalog, not after a subscriber notices a blank title in the guide. Not every community day is files only. Schedule a live event directly in the playlist—high school sports, a government session, a town meeting, or another local event—and the platform connects to the source, switches when the window hits, and returns the channel to regular programming around it.

Some events cannot be fully automated. Timing may change, or someone on site may call cues in real time.
