Your traffic team continues to build the daily log around programming, inventory, break structure, and station commitments. United Teleports receives that log, prepares the media, resolves exceptions with your team, executes the playlist, and returns the as-run record.

Content can arrive from network distribution, syndicators, station storage, cloud and FTP sources, local production, satellite, fiber, or IP. We organize the intake around the actual station workflow rather than forcing every source through one artificial path.

Validation is part of the operation. Missing files, unexpected runtimes, naming conflicts, access problems, and incomplete segments should become an actionable exception before they become an on-air surprise.

Master Control

Live & Network Workflows

Broadcast channels move between network, syndicated, local, recorded, and live sources throughout the day. United Teleports can receive those feeds, monitor the paths, switch according to the log, and coordinate the handoffs that keep the station joined to the right source.

Scheduled timing and triggers can automate routine transitions. For sports, breaking news, specials, overruns, and other unpredictable events, operators can follow cues and execute breaks or returns manually.

Network pass-through feeds and multicast services can remain part of the same station operation even when they do not require full master control.

Commercial Operations

Station Aggregation & Mux

Build the finished station signal, not only the individual channels

A station is more than its primary channel. United Teleports can source every assigned service—full master-controlled channels, network or diginet pass-through feeds, and cross-station simulcasts—then aggregate them into the finished station transport stream.

The station layer can include transcoding, encoding, multiplexing, PSIP, service information, and integration with customer or United Teleports equipment. The architecture is designed around the channel lineup, bandwidth plan, transmitter workflow, and equipment strategy for that station.

EAS/DAS signaling can be received from the customer facility and incorporated into the centralized station path so required alerting remains connected to the on-air output.

Delivery, Monitoring & DR

Return a protected signal to the transmitter—and reach every other destination

United Teleports can deliver the finished channel or station transport stream back to the transmission site using redundant SRT or another engineered transport path. Station engineering receives and hands the signal into the transmitter operation.

The same hub can support MVPD feeds, direct fiber, satellite, streaming, and other distribution outputs when the channel needs to reach more than the over-the-air plant.

Monitoring spans sources, playout, encoding, transport, and destinations. Primary, backup, and disaster-recovery designs can be matched to the operational and financial risk of the group rather than sold as a one-size-fits-all package.

Migration & Cutover

Broadcast migration starts with discovery: traffic and programming workflows, content sources, break modes, affiliations, live paths, channel lineups, station equipment, signaling, transport, and escalation rules.
